- Normally it takes up to 24 hours before an artwork goes live on the platform. Please check the page after 24 hours, if the artwork is still not live, please call us on our helpline number – +91 9643700787 or write to us at support@eikowa.com

What are “Reserved” artworks?
While the artwork is being exclusively held for the collector, we ask that you DO NOT sell the work to another buyer. You must agree to hold this work for that collector for the entire reservation period.
Please note:
- A ‘reserved’ artwork has not yet been ‘sold’. A collector is interested in the work and has agreed to make a final decision within a specified timeframe.
- A reservation does not guarantee a sale.
When an artwork is reserved, a “Reserved” banner will appear across the corner of the artwork image on the site. You will also receive an automated email alert when your artwork has been reserved.
How do I provide a Certificate of Authenticity?
A Certificate of Authenticity is extremely important. The certificate needs to be provided by you stating that you created the artwork and you signature is a mark of authentication.
If you are a curator, please procure the certificate from the artist. You as a curator will have to guarantee the authenticity of the work.
